The second Sheffield Breast Reconstruction Awareness event (BRA day) on the 17th October 2019 at the Kenwood Hall Hotel was a great success and I look forward to participating in the 2020 event. BRA days were introduced a number years ago in North America and Mr Morritt was personally involved with the event in Toronto. This event is a great resource for patients interested in learning more about the different options available for breast reconstruction. Patient’s have the opportunity to see first hand the outcomes of different types of breast reconstruction in the ‘show and tell’ room.
